In plain terms

None of the seven ITU documents on wireless power transmission that were searched mentions what a power beam does to the ionosphere.

The claim as recorded

No ITU document examined mentions the ionospheric effects of power beaming.

Scope and limits

Seven ITU WPT documents, not the whole ITU corpus; Question ITU-R 210-4/1 was not obtained (the ITU page offers it behind a sign-in). A text search finds the word, not the idea: a document discussing plasma or propagation effects without the word would be missed.

What it assumes

No assumptions are recorded against this claim.

CALC-042 Null measurement: ionospheric effects of power beaming across the ITU documents obtained
Full-text searches of Resolution 910, Report SM.2392-1 and Report SM.2505-0 returned nothing on ionospheric effects; repeated 2026-10-03 over Report SM.2392-2 (06/2026, 45 pages, including its new section on space-based solar power) and Recommendations SM.2110-2, SM.2129-1 and SM.2151-0, with zero occurrences of "ionosph" in each.
