In plain terms
The Chinese design runs its solar panels at about 500 volts and steps up to a 5,000 volt main bus. It is the only modern satellite power distribution architecture recorded here.
The claim as recorded
CAST's 1 GW MMR-SPS states a two-level power distribution architecture in its own summary table: the solar array module operates at approximately 500 V and the main bus at 5 kV, with the power transmission and management subsystem massing approximately 1,360 t and carrying 100 rotary joints.
Evidence behind this: Follows the source. SRC-169 is T2 and this is a direct read of its own summary table.
Scope and limits
STATED DESIGN PARAMETERS FROM A SUMMARY TABLE. NOT A MEASUREMENT AND NOT A DERIVATION. The table gives no conductor length, no distribution loss, no converter efficiency between the two levels and no justification for either voltage. The text layer of this page is corrupt - it renders 5.8 as "S.8" and 50 as "so" - so these values were read from a rendered image, and any further figure from this page must be too. The 500 V carries a tilde in the source; the 5 kV does not.
What it assumes
That the table's two voltage rows describe the same power path in series, which the table implies by subsystem but does not state.
Where it comes from
Table IV, Summary of a 1 GW MMR-SPS. Solar Energy Collection and Conversion subsystem: voltage of solar array module, ~500 V. PTM subsystem: voltage of main bus, 5 kV; number of rotary joints, 100; mass ~1,360 t.
Basis: 1 GW MMR-SPS point design, GEO
